boon 0
Cheers for the reply's in reply to jeff yes they ran there hearts out in there day which is why there still with us enjoying life in the slow lane'i believe if the dogs do right by us we should do right by them which is why they stay till the end of there days. The sire aunti sister grandsire' terrier belong to my hunting partner and the bitch at the top the dam of the red dog is mine. Mucker the dogs were decent in there day kipper brought the brown and white one from the n e years ago he's a son of cruise 'shortly after he got him he injured his hock and needed a coupel of months rest so kipper sold him to us.the auntie to my dog was a very good bitch very clever boxed for fun she won a match against one of kippers dogs about seven years ago.the sister to mine despite her breeding is deseptadly fast a real pocket rocket but also stays at the heals and can hang on as keen as they come. Cheers for the comment of the dam millet she has been a great dog for me never let me down gone round the clock a few times the best run that stands out for me is a race i will never forget at the time ide met a girl who's father had some land the place was literaly surrounded by game so i had to act fast this was somewere i wanted to live so i told her i loved her and a few weeks later i had us a static on his land i had some sport the rase in question was a foggy morning i slipped the bitch on a big fit buck and followed the race until the fog coverd my view so i just waited for her return 1 minute no sign 2 mins same now i was worried was she lost in the fog please dont get shot then after 5 minutes i could hear what sounded like faint heavy breathing and galloping feet then the hare with the bitch on its heals came running in almost slow motion out of the fog the bitch took him gracefuly at the spot the race started i couldn't beleive it i was made up.The relationship with the girl didn't last to long i think she relised why i was with her coz for me it was doggin doggin doggin.I still go over there now and help myself to the  rabbits on theres and there neighbers land this time with my current mrs Thats the way mate Quote Link to post
