Guest WILF
Being a total novice pigeon shooting this year I wondered if anyone else had noticed behaviour like this....... Had a decent couple of hours Saturday evening between 4 and 7 pm, nice warm southerly, right under the line and the woodies were comming well to the deeks Went the next evening, same time but this time it was blowing an easterly....... Theres was a wood 1 field back that the woodies head for, but this time they seemed to keep the flightline on the warm side of the wood.......nothing passed over me on the cold side even though I was in exactly the same spot Just wondered Quote Link to post
mubz2cool 4
yep its happend to me before, they just tend to do what they want realy, quite unpredictable to be honist! You can do everything to the book and have a fantastic day and go to the same spot next week and not fire a shot. Just depends on what the woodies want to do that day! Quote Link to post
