jasper65 6
Just been browsing Ebay and came across this! Boy do they look good and the guy looks like he has made a decent job of them, Brings back a few memories when I had a Vespa PX 150 , Some fanny Magnet this was when I was 17 plus , a couple of Mates rode Lambretta LI's which did have a bit more grunt than mine and looked superb. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...&Category=36094

Stabs 3
I always fancied an ochre one....saw one for sale at Yarmouth 91 for £2,000 but that was an Innocenti one and not an Indian.

I saw loads of scoots at the weekend, I don't really keep in touch with the scene now but I reckon there must of been a do at Skeggy at the weekend cos there were loads of scooters coming through Grantham on the A52
Guest baldie
Do you remember the rally, "mercury" stabs? my mate owns it now, he,s had it for years, its in its 5th incantation, its still watercooled and still goes like f**k, i think, if i remember right, it was dyno,d at 98 mph.The price of restored, and urestored lammy,s makes me weep, when i think of what i,ve given away, restored li,s are fetching 2 grand, and sx,s, 5 grand

Boy its a real b*****d having to grow up and watch the years tick by .

jasper65 6
Aye, the old backflips, and splits take a bit of doing at the alnighters now, at 40 year owd......... i feckin wish, couldnt do em at 18 but it didnt hurt as much trying then Wow does that bring back some memories. double splits, snake rolls. could'nt manage a back flip but could manage a few spins before ending up on my arse , I cringe when I think of them fecking great baggy jeans I used to wear with souly badges down the sides and Ox blood Polyveldts, I remember there would be a bundle of scooters all parked outside the lights of the Hall which looked the business, Its was the days Baldie when you could leave a Disco or All dayer/Nighter and always have a different bird on the back , Boy was these scooters Fanny Magnets in them days! most birds wanted a lad with a scooter . I still have a box collection of my Souly records up the loft
