mad al 146
It really does pay to shop around. I have two "grey" cast iron radiators waiting to go in the new room and we were going to spray them in satin black heat resistant paint, even bought a few cans of paint for the job, but the more we thought about it, the original raw "grey" is a better option, so I've trawled for a while lately on tinternet and eventually came up with some that would set us back about £130 , found the feckin same stuff last night for £43 delivered to the door..................result How the hell do some firms justify it? Sighthound 49
B&Q etc do a radiator 'cover' paint You paint or spray the radiator with normal paint then paint over using the radiator paint, its clear and heat resistant. I used it on our old radiators 5 years ago and they have not chipped.
