you can do it in windows when you get the pics up to load into photobucket

right click & click on edit

then click stretch /scew

then where it sayes 100%

clear that & put in 50% on both boxes

then when you click the red cross in the corner of the page it sayes save or not save

click save & that will reduce your size then load into whatever your trying to load into
