Salt and pepper youd ducks breasts and fry them skin side down in a bit of oil mixed with butter. turn over after about 3 minutes and do the other side for 3 minutes as well. Now flambé them with countreu and spread the orange fillets over the ducks. pour the juice in the pan as well and pop the lot in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
