donk 12 Posted December 29, 2008 Report Share Posted December 29, 2008 Ive been having a lot of problems with the pc,running slow ,those 'blue death screens' on start up,not showing pics and slow connection to the internet. So i ran my norton anti virus and it picked up 3 "low risk" adware thingys,lol. I decided i wanted a second opinion,as you do, and tried AVG,unfortunately everytime i downloaded it there was an error. So i went on that 'download' site and got a free Avast anti virus. Its only went and found 8 adware jobbies,and 3 of them trojan fellas So,after much waiting and virus killing,it seems my pc is now back to normal,so i'd just like to say a big 'thank you' to Mr Avast. . . . . . . . . . BlueCoyote 0 Posted December 30, 2008 Report Share Posted December 30, 2008 i had to download Avast because of some kind spyware thing.... it wouldnt let me download ANY kind of spyware killer... downloaded Avasted and killed the son of a bitch program and caught quite a few more in the process! so i'm a fan of theirs too.
