pregnent jill.

im pretty sure that my jill is pregnent now, and i think she is due in about 5 days, could anyone give me any advice on what i should be doing now? eg what will she need for a nest?

ant help would be apreciated

just leave her to it she will know what to do, i put a couple of big handfuls of bedding in run so she can sort her bed out as an when she needs it. :good:

well shes in with her sister, but im going to split them up today, and normally there bed is full too the top with shredded paper, is paper ok? and if so how full should the box be full or half full and of what materials.

ps. when i say box i mean the bed box on a hutch

hi [bANNED TEXT] i normally use hay or straw for bedding.I just put two big handfuls in outdoor run and they will drag in what then want, like bigbob says just keep to your routine and try not to be tempted to have a peek for the first week or so(belive me its hard not to) cheers bigeddie

you dont want to be going crazy with the bedding as you could cover her kitts with it and lose some .and watch when you feed her she doesn't drag it into the bed as last thing you want is rotten food in with young kitts
