can anyone give me any tips on getting my bulldog going on the lamp and retrieving i havent done much with her to be honest she marks holes shes chased they odd rabbit accidentilly. shes 10 months old shes coursed a few bambis but lost them at the fence line so close. to young really but ill tell you one thing shes got the drive i just need to get her going now ive started her jumping but not on barb wire yet shes a keen dog just need to get her going can somebody take me threw this cheers r.t atb keep hunting also shes run a fox at dusk but just missed it again at the fence line

start of retrieving work with a dummy, and then use a rabbit skin around the dummy, then a dead rabbit. do this progression slowly and build it up. that will encourage it to bring back any caught game. i wouldnt of though you'll be catching many bunnies with a bulldog though and the chances are it'll be hard mouthed.

take her out with another dog .that should do it. just treat it the same as a lurcher and rember it wont turn as well and your gonna miss a load of rabbits but finnish on a catch and go home
