JoeD 24 Posted December 16, 2008 Report Share Posted December 16, 2008 Just got back from my 1st proper rugby training session in years, and all I got to say is feck me I am unfit, 20 minutes in and I felt like an old man weezing and coughing up my guts, but after realising how unfit I really am I am determind to go to training week in week out and get into the squad. So my new years resolution has to be GET FIT AND LOSE THAT LAYER OF FAT THATS ALWAYS BUGGED ME, I say it every year but this year I am going to make sure I am.
