need a companion for tomoz

well i found new permission today and farmer asked if i could pay it a visit tomoz, i said yes assuming i could get someone to come with me easy but i cant.

well im asking anyone in south wales who is willing to come down to newport to meet me and go ferreting in caerleon.

i dont know the land the guy said tehre is plenty of rabbits but he cant see the holes so they are obviously in the cover.

as long as you have nets you can come join me tomoz. luke was ment to go but i dont think he can make it.

will be a good day and i would really appreciate it if someone could join me even if tehy are a newbie...

please anyone.

Thank god for that, i was nearly crying off going out with the pensioner then to do the 3 hr drive in the fourtrack, to see if i could help out! Nice to see the lads offering the days out!

well it was crap mate it looked promising but there was just to much cover. its a massive piece of land we walked round for 3 and a hlaf hours and didnt even get round all of it. it will be an ideal piece of permission if you catch it at the right time of the year with the ferrets where there is least amount of cover and also with the rifles. there is plenty of rabbits squirrels and birds to go at with the rifles but either need to get up there early in the morning or late at night on the lamp. never the less was nice to get out and i got the go ahead off another farm this morning for ferreting so going to have a look at that during the week and then see if me and karl can organise something for next weekend.

happy days. not a lot of action but seen a few free rats. think its the type of place where the lamp comes in to its own.....

wish i had seen this sooner i went ferreting today down by my local beach and didnt even see a rabbit bolt and i normaly take home atleast 5
