greyhounds,pics and info wanted

i always knew my grandad had greys,here is a pic of my dad walking them years ago.he bloody hates dogs as was made to walk them all the time and was once interviewed by local paper and when asked where they raced he reeled off about 4 tracks as he didnt know they were only supposed to race at 1 particular one.i know my dad said he had a very good dog but it had its back broke at a trainers as my grandad was well a bit of a funny f****r with people.id love to be able to find out more as he died when i was only young. the dogs names all precided with (fieldside) i think.and where raced at hull but not sure of the others,his name was wilfred napthine,yorkshire. any info greatly recived

so thats what the fonz looked like when he was a youngen lol only kidding theres a greyhound man just literlie round the corner from me,he,s been all over the country and knows all type of greyhound man, but he might not want to talk to a crank

I can see your geting the bug sp... my old man was the same hated greyhounds as he was made walk up to 4 at a time when young but my grandad owned some great ones .. i will race them again i just dont have the wearwithall to race them now..
