claybusers al 9
hey guys i'm just back in from lamping as usual with the .222 we are getting a bit lazy now we have a lamp force in the roof of the suzuki but winters coming. well tonight was a bit odd we went to fields we have been getting sightings of fox's there was nothing not even a rabbit then after the 4th field we see a lamp up the hill' so off we go to check it out and there in the middle of the field is a guy who is a so called "profesional shooter" who has permission to shoot his FAC air rifle on a bit of the land so he's driving round and round the fields with his full beam on and spot lights he must have a HiD conversion because they were bright and his pal was lamping out the window with something the power of a torch. when they got to us they said they had seen a fox but it ran off as they drove to it (no shit sherlock) so we decided to call it a night because that explains why were getting a lot of lamp shy fox's (started using a green filter) then on the way back just had a flick across the fields as we drove and bingo a set of eyes so we stopped in a gateway i usualy lamp and my mate shoots but it was on my side so a grabbed the gun it was a bit close to a house on the farm so i said how well do you get on with your neighbours as he said good i squeezed and straight through the chest it went so the night was not a loss after all a young vixen was dealt with Quote Link to post
