lucky 578
if your hearts not in it anymore then fairplay, but why not keep the bullcrosses for lamping rabbits, then if you ever decide you want to take something bigger you'll have the dog for the job i do all my lamping from the subaru and i dont mind saying that the *** has'nt made the slightest bit of difference to me (as far as lampings concerned) usually i'm out 3 - 4 nights a week and i dont bother with rabbits or hares, i've been stopped plenty of times by the law (who dont even seem interested) and never been bothered. as long as you and the motor are all above board and you give an explanation where you've been then they won't bother you. it's virtually impossible to be found guilty of intentionally killing a fox, deer etc, unless they have some video evidence, i think you would notice someone following you with a camera when out lamping ? when your probably the only car on the road late at night in a subaru it's virtually impossible to get caught, if theres something in the field your on and off the land in a matter of minutes and then off to another area, we cover about 150 miles in a night lamping. if it does ever come on top the chances are the police are'nt in a four wheel drive so you can get accross the fields and come out on to the road well out of there sight, if you bump into them later on so what, they've got to prove it was you on that land  Quote Link to post
