arcticgun 4,548
I have a 13week old Bedlington x greyhound 1st cross, she has rough hair on her face, but her coat is smooth, all the pics I have seen of this breed have had rough coats, I would like to know what age her coat will change, thanks for any help, atvb Richard Quote Link to post
Back Stabbath 1
Might never change. She's a cross not a purebred. Some pups in that litter could end up with smooth coats, some with rogh, some with in between coats. She will grow out of her puppy coat though and will get a harsher coat, but it could be rough or smooth. Depends on what coat type is dominant, usually the curly coat is, but you can't tell. arcticgun 4,548
Does it matter? Not at all, just wondered like , lovely pup would not part with her for the earth! gets on well with the other dogs, spot on with the ferrets, cheers for the answers, I suspected that they may vary in coat type due to the cross breeding, atb Richard Quote Link to post
