Resetting the striker pin on a CZ 452

Hello as above how do you reset it in the instruction it says dry fire it but the gunsmith showed me how to reset it when i bought it and now i have forgotten . On a different note i did half a day game shoot and shot my first woodcock today bit rare where i shoot and i t was just sat in some mustard very strange Thanks

Easy, slide the bolt forward on an empty chamber, pull the trigger, and while holding

the trigger, close the bolt fully and lower the bolt handle, release the trigger job done.

I have a 452 , Why reset the striker pin ? what problem does this solve ?

It takes the pressure off the fireing pin spring.
