CharlieT 32
Duracoat is as you will know is an American company. They manufacture a vast range of specialist paints for many, many applications ranging from architectural finishes to anti-fingerprint finishes and appliance finishes. Their specialist firearms finishes are only one of the many paints they produce. Have a look at their website...............and all will be revealed. Quote Link to post
Guest Deerstalker
Yes you are right this is the same stuff and has the very same chemical compound in it . Now for 5 .99 as opposed to 200 notes to get a rifle coated it cant be bad just a shame about the limited colors I know that a lot of chaps like to piss about with there guns when they get a bit rough looking and this is a cheap way of putting a top coating on the gun works on wood and metal just make sure you prepare the surface as said on the tin and it will be a very easy job. In fact the chap that dose it profesinally only took a day to learnt the prosess .So it is not rocket sience. Edited November 15, 2008 by Deerstalker Quote Link to post
