I doubt its rat poison mate nearly all commercial stuff has bitrex init, Tastes terrible ( dont affect rats)

And a dog needs to eat about 10% of its body weight to give it a lethal dose so around 1 to 2 Kgs of bait.

so prbably not poison unless some clown is baiting with something really dodgy.

think your right bud had a terrier that got at some rat poison some years ago.she shit blue for 2 days but got

over it thank god

sounds a bit like a stroke or epilepsy to me - had a border that used to fit for years they only lasted 30 secs / 1 min then she would be ok - when she was older she had a real bad one and never came out of the fit and had to be put down - i think the vets would know if it was anything like this though - all the best hope the little fella pulls through

My JRT is still very ill, got him home but he want move or eat. Called the vets and told them, they said bring him back. Took him back and they have put him back on a drip.

Still has rapid eye movement and looks like he's pissed. If it was posion would the condition either improve or get worse. ? My gut instint is that he's had a stroke or something.

Either way, I'm into the vet so far for £178. !

SO WHAT DIAGNOSIS HAVE YOU HAD FROM THE VET FOR YOUR £178? DO THEY KNOW WHAT TYPE OF POISON? & SO THE VET LET YOU TAKE A DOG HOME NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT OR MOVE? :hmm: SEEMS ODD BUT DID THE DOG GET WORSE WHEN

YOU GOT HIM HOME?
