dogs-n-natives 1,182 Posted October 21, 2008 Report Share Posted October 21, 2008 You can eat fresh spuds from the garden from may untill october(starting with new/salad types), and between october and the following may you can eat stored spuds from your main crop which are harvested sept/oct. Ive never grown caulies, as I only eat a dozen or so a year, but I belive they are mainly an autumn/winter crop, may well be varieties to keep them going all year round!
