purse nets

hello everyone im new to this site but im already loving it.just a question , can you make purse nets from jute yarn. can get my hands on some which is 8lbs/2 ply jute yarn.

ps. thanks for teaching me how to make a purse net.

dont bother pal ,when it comes to pulling the knots tight it will snap,

over the years iv tried all sorts and never done no good with it.

thanks for the advice steve ill stick to my nylon nets from now on

Dont give up trying to make nets ,get some hemp or 6 /8/10/onz spun nylon and give it a go with practice youl get it

Keep making the nets mate but use the proper stuff you struggle to find hemp these days most of it is flax but i reckon jutes a waste of time
