doga 50 Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 no qualifications when i was sixteen just a very good work ethic and a willingness to have the piss took out of you by head and under keepers alike,today it seems nvq s and country side management are a must but to be fair mate its a very fast dieing trade and a great pity for it.
