Hi Dale, just confirming what everybody else is saying, the TX hunter carbine is probably one of the best springers on the market. It is only 38"long which makes it one of the more compact springers but like Not so bad lad says-it weighs a fair bit.

cheers i dnt know whether to get TX200 or HW80 or summit along that line , was even thinkin of crossman rabbit stopper there any good :good: cheers guys

Mate -I have a feeling the crosman rabbitstopper is not up to the full 12ft/lb however if its rats you are after ,the ratcatcher is the best bit of kit I have bought for my type of close up shooting.

Hi Dale i would leave the rabbit stopper rifle alone only way it will do a rabbit if you bray it over the head with the stock they are not powerful enough working on co2 cartridge not in same class as the tx 200 springers people will beg to differ but you need some thing the right power for killing bunnies, they more suited to rats ok Fella

100% agree ,, temprature go's down so does your power !!!! very inconsistant

I got a TX200HC .177 about 5 or 6 weeks ago, and it's by far, the best air rifle I've ever fired let alone owned. I still have a HW95k in .22, but it's rarely out. The TX is simply unbelievable. I can get single hole groups at 30yds no probs. I've done rabbits, crows, pigeons and took a mink the other day at 25/30yds with a head shot.

Buy it - you won't regret it :good:
