BSA meteor

Recommended Posts

A good few years back when I had BSA Mercury's and the odd Meteor if the breach seal was leaking but still looked fairly tidy but perhaps leaking slightly due to being slightly squashed, I would remove it with a Pin and place a small strips of silver paper evenly round the entire circle the recess where the seal pushes in, when you put the old seal back in this would make it stand slightly proud again and stop any leakage....

It may need some slight adjustments but it works in the end....
