mad al 146
of just how powerful the weather can be at times. Now last night was a pretty rough night here, not storm force but wet and very windy. We've the two dogs loose in our yard 24/7 with their "house" to go in if they want to but I'd say that while one does this the other is out. It was dark when I was out with the crew first thing and was back and feeding them at about 07.30 - 08.00 hrs. I do the same thing every single day of the year and clean up the yard etc etc. This morning when I was doing this, I came across a fairly big piece of sheet glass from a broken pane, all glass checked here straight away and all intact, just by looking at this piece I thought it hadn't come from here, so that brings me to just the one conclusion...................the wind . The nearest building to us is at least 100M away and across a main road, now any building with the type glass I found is even further , so just think about being the way of that thing flying through the air in the dead of night , thankfully the dogs are fine but I couldn't help thinking if we'd been off out lamping, it would have come across the path we take................feck that
