Guest little_lloyd
These traps we used on an estate i used to work. Basicly a trunk of wood with a fenn trap nailed in a gap level with the wood. Placethese rails carefully in a gap in a stone wall in your woodland,, Squirrels are picked up mainly in them,, alough i have had a fair few rats and stoats in them to. Quote Link to post
No1ShottySid 0
Looks a good method lloyd , do you bait it ? Quote Link to post
Rolfe 2
Very effective trapping method...........works well on squirrels and Mink to if placed on a log across a stream or ditch. No bait is required.........and if you notch out the log the trap will sit flush with the woodwork........just staple the chain to the side of the log. Mk6 Fenns are better than Mk4's in this situation in my opinion. I have taken rabbits in the ones across the streams......to lazy to jump obviously Rolfe Quote Link to post
