bigdan 11 Posted September 16, 2008 Report Share Posted September 16, 2008 first im a bushing man i wanted to get into digging im going to get a dog breed for the job but when i took the dogs out earlier at the back of poole harbour bit of a walk they hunt rat's no rabbit's just bit of exercise been there a few times me terrier has sniffed around holes never gone in but today she went straight down and started baying i was happy and shitting it never had shuvvle's it was on a bank roots ive heard storys of dog being gone for hours and hours this dog was grawling and barking she only small top rabbit dog but thats all i want her for so i was calling her and calling her i didnt want to leave to get shuvvles incase the dog came out and i was gone but it came after about 40 minutes of me shouting i might try her properly she 2 years old god knows why she went then im happy she didnt meet anything down there i want her for rabbits only really but i was impressed why do you think shes gone to ground shes really started hunting well really very good Quote Link to post

TOLD THIS TO A FRIEND WHO DID NOT BELEIVE , HE SAT AROUND FOR HOURS WAITING FOR HIS BITCH BUT HAD TO LEAVE FOR WORK COMITMENTS, 15 -20 HOURS LATER BITCH WAS FOUND ON OLD SMELY JACKET . TRY IT.
