Whent lamping last night with the beddy. he is very whippet looking i have been told he is from the rambo lines he had three bunnies on the lamp and rouges whippet saluki greyhound had four but i not bad going for a beddy.

19" mate blue his name is, and he ids the same as yours by the sounds of it his hearts is in it but he can only take the easy runs. Still he was exceptional the other night although may have pushed him to hard really . got any pics of your beddy.

sid the beddy mate he's about 16 month old, i take him lamping, ratting, ferreting and bushing. he can shift for a beddy!

Sound looking dog mate took mine lamping, ferreting and just bushing for the lurchers. he likes the bushy tailed charlies, but has never slayed any because of the ban of course.

Its pure bedlington but i think there has been whippet breed into the line in the past. I respect your comments but he is a not a bad dog on the lam,p and i only try him on the easy ones. I agree really i should keeping to bushing and fox as i don't do much ratting but the dog enjoys running.

no sore point mate i stand up 4 what i believe in thats fair enuff but giving lads stick for lamping a bedi evry now and then isnt is it id go lamping with my lurcher over a bedi every time hands down but these to lads are only lamping the bedi coz thier lurchers are out of action and just for a bit of fun can you please back up your claims by explaining why you shouldnt lamp a bedi if it keeps quiet and catches a few i sharnt be getting abbusive like the previous posts

i read somewhere (plummer maybe) belington cross whippets make good ferreting dogs n work rough cover well n that most dogs can lamp to varying degrees is this not correct then as i have no experience of beddys or the whippet cross but was considering a beddy whippet as a handy size mooching dog
