in regards to pegs i use elda and split it let it dry and its hard as nails mate.

if the place you are going to ferret in is full of brambles then i would say hemp nets shouuld be bought because they dont tangle in the brambles

Just throw the bottom of the purse net down the hole so the rabbit's got to run on to it to exit the burrow .Open up whats left of the net to cover the hole .And then put the peg in as far away as the drawcord will let you ,that way the minute the rabbit moves the net its pursing .And pegs i just cut some in the summer from pallet wood and the odd one might break but not that many

right, i have got nets and the pull cord ispretty long from thebottom of the net, it is 2 cords notted to gether several times and then you have a piece left over, so when pegging up do i put both pieces through the peg.

Aye put both drawcords threw the peg double knot it then pull the net threw between the knot and the peg and pull tight
