Guest JohnGalway Posted July 5, 2008 Report Share Posted July 5, 2008 Hi folks, From now on due to complaints about the forum guidelines not being followed in the Buy, Sell and Swap section I'll be deleting adverts in there that do not comply with that sections guidelines. The guidelines are posted in plain sight here. They are not hard to understand or follow. Please note, I won't be editing Topics, I'll be deleting them. If people can't be bothered to follow simple guidelines to buy, sell or swap items for their own benefit please don't expect me to do that work for you. All the best, John. PS, a note on puppy peddling. Since I don't work with dogs or visit those sections all that often I'm not going near that subject. Guest JohnGalway Posted July 6, 2008 Report Share Posted July 6, 2008 New ads are being cleaned up, some deleted, some moved etc. Old ads are being left be because I don't want to spend the rest of my life sitting here doing that. Some ads that are being misused won't see any difference but the warning and PM system is being used so don't assume nothing is being done I for one won't be spring cleaning the place, what I'm doing already takes a LOT of my time. Besides checking out reports, all I'm basically doing is casting an eye over new and update adverts. If I see something out of place I'll take a course of action I think appropriate. If it's clear the poster hasn't been arsed to read any pinned topic or guideline then it gets shot. If it's constant bumping I'll likely just use the warn system.
