To put it plainly I am a Hawkwind freak and to say they have been going about for the same time as The Pink Floyd they really don't get half as much recognition even though I personally think they are far superior.

 

Think what you will, at the end of the day I am just an ole acid heed :crazy:

 

im also a big hawkwind fan and have in my collection most the stuff from 1971 to mid 's, i was lucky enough to go and see them play a few years back at the derby rock n blues show, along with the levellers, and they still kick ass.

 

now hawkwind are a hard one to choose a favorite track from too but this is my hawkwind playlist -

they have such a varying degree of music from raw blues like bring it on home to space rock like brainstorm im sure in their catalouge theres something for everyone
