HAVE ANY OF YOU GUYS TRIED IT.

i aint going to laff at an old boy till i know for sure its not a good idea.

cs this old boys known for telling wild stories but hilarious with it :D he used to dig with a couple of fellas off this site i think.

but hes one of them that now n then tells you something, you dismiss it because its come from him :D just to find he was spot on it could be anything from an old healing potion to anything.

i,ll go with yorkshire on the ferret collar theory not sure how the dog would feel about it but i could see that staying on if done tight cheers

i might get some stick for this but ive got to ask :D .

i was out a couple of weeks back with the terriers to check a few spots ,i took an old boy along who was local to me and used to be in the game.

anyway i got to a spot and collared a dog up and at that piont the oldboy suggested i not put the collar on the dogs neck but i put it on the rear leg of the dog above the elbow tight saying it was better n safer for the dog

he said it wont come off and this is the way he did it when these collars were first on the scene.

i laughed and said i,ll stick with what im doing.

ive never heard this way in my life and i wouldnt give it a try myself but wondered if any of you had heard of this method before cheers.

maddness cant be controlled but reading this post what nutters we have!!!!8
