ferretville 69
Well decided to go out with me mate on friday night to one of me permissions to see what was kicking about lovely night. Before we even sets of to our designated spot me mate spys a collared dove sitting on a telephone post out with the gun and 2 ticks later 1 dove in the bag nice start i thought. Arrive at our chosen spot and surprisingly nothing about so we gets ourselves in position and prepare for that wait that us airgunners often do . About half an hour passes and the first rabbit makes an appearance we wait to see if any of his brothers or sisters care to join him. They sure do another three appear so we let them settle down before deciding wich one of us is going for which rabbit. I say i`m going with the two on the left and he takes the the ones on the right. I go first and its about a thirty thirty five yard shot thwack down it go`s no problem. The other three are still sitting prettynot a blind bit of notice so i takes aim at the next one thwack same result on its back. The other two sit up and take a look around so my mate lets it calm down before taken aim on his first rabbit thwack bingo straight down last rabbit is wondering what the feck is going on but before he gets a chance to bolt bang he`s in rabbit heaven . Had a look around some other parts of the permission but for some reason it was quiet but me mate still managed a young crow but we hung him on the fence just so the farmer knows we are doing them as well. Here`s some pics that i managed to get cheers for reading bit of a long one atb FV Quote Link to post
