Hello ladies n gents i have been cooking rabbit an eating it for a while now an realy want to start getting into my game cooking, i fancy a crack at sum pigeon but i aint got a clue wat to do with it so if use could throw any recipies/ideas my way i would realy be greatful cheers Alfie

cant beat a good old pigeon pie !!!

 

onions,carrots,turnip and potatoe..............pigeon breasts.

 

personally i prefer it with flakey pastry.....rather than shortcrust.

 

or if you want to be posh.............just cook your pigeon like a chicken............one per person.....yummy!!!
