pup wont sleep inside?

i have a new pup that i got from a man that had them for sale on the for sale section of this forum, great little bitch but will not sleep or eat in it's kennal it likes to sleep out side on the patio rain or shine? i have tried putting another dog in with her but she still does not like it. if i lock her in she will howl like no tommorow, let her out and she is quiet as a lamb, any tipps on getting her to stay in her kennel and run?

Easy solution: rig up a shelter for her where she likes to sleep so she doesn't get wet or cold in the rain! Just a table with a tarp over it in this weather: ut something on the ground underneath it, and you have a result! No unhappy pup and no unhappy you either! She'll grow out of it sooner or later. BTW, you don't say how old the pup is: because if its a tiny pup the last thing you want to be doing is soaking it with water at night, even in the summer. They chill very fast.

 

Do you think she is trying to get closer to you by sleeping where she does? Think about it.
