noddy10 411 Posted May 30, 2008 Report Share Posted May 30, 2008 my mate fitted a normal light socket dimmer on to his lamp wire. taped it to his battry in his bag and when he wanted to dim it he just put hand in and turned it down. worked spot on Quote Link to post

Rabbithunter 456 Posted May 30, 2008 Report Share Posted May 30, 2008 if you go into an electrical shop.... and as for a "dimmer module" for a grid switch, it will be less bulkier than a dimmer plate switch... or try Maplins or similar shops for a variable resistor... as long as it can take 12volt DC Quote Link to post
