OUT FOR A WANDER

I decided to go for a wander around one of my farms yesterday just to see what I could see as I havent been there for a little while.It was quite a nice evening so I expected to see something.

 

As I stalked along the edge of a small wood I came across a lamb carcasse along with pheasant remains and all the grass padded down , a sure sign cubs werent far away ..........

 

 

 

On peering over the fence I could see the earth well kicked out , I never went near so hopefully the vixen wont shift them........

 

 

I continued on my travels and found where a buck had been fraying.........

 

 

I never saw any deer but there was slots everywhere , saw quite a few hares and eventually on dusk saw a big dog fox near the earth I had just found !!

Out again at 4am this morning , no bucks to be seen but on my way home glassed a couple at the side of the road .................

and people say foxs dont do bloody damage you got terriers mate happy hunting silenthunter... pic of problem fox what was taken lambs at one of my permission got up there after phone call after phone call of the farmer saying another one another one couldent find any earth until my lurchers was having a run around the field and they all stoped and marked so had a look behind the bush and there it was a great bloody earth flushed him with me terriers and shot him happy hunting silenthunter....
