computer help

formated my computer the other night and put a partition in. but for some reason it wont let me install msn because it could not find winhttp.dll can anyone help me out here im STUCK....

cheers for that, but ive been on that site befor and many others to download the DLL file, but when i download it and ry to open it, it is a zipped file and when i extrct the files a box comes up to ask if i would like to open it using the internet but when i click that it just goes to microsoft search:S which is no good. als o another problem is when i want to start a toppic on here it wont let me it just says internet explorer has encounterd a problem and has to close( im at school now) so again any help would be brill. atb paddy

to be honest pal i think firefox is shit. i had it on my sisters laptop but had to get rid of it, but internet explorer is fine on any other site, just THL for some reason, maybe down to what ever script its coded with or something like that, or its just my computer been a fecking pain in the rear. atb paddy
