best powder measure

Hi.. I am very soon starting to reload ammunition for my .22K Hornet. I will be using 40 grain hornaday V max heads, hogdons Lilgun powder & small rifle primers. Does anyone have any info on what amount of powder to use, for best accuracy & performance, i cant find any info with this combination---any ideas much appreciated

Have a look at http://stevespages.com/page8a.htm then click on .223 and then the info for hornet which is quite comprehensive - This guy has reloaded just about every calibre.
