HI TO ALL

3 week ago i was asking how long it took for your home visit a lot of members give me there view well i had my visit today and it did not go so well 17y ago i had a problem and got busted ,I put it down on the FAC from which i was ask about today he told me there is no problems but the problem i had 17 y ago may let me down has members on her had a problem like this IT was 17years ago i was a bit silly all info will help

What sort of offence are we talking about here, it will depend on the type and the consequent actions taken as to whether they grant you an FAC.

If you were to define what a "silly thing" was we might be able to help. It could be a "silly murder" or it could be a "silly pee in the street"

Some financial crimes are viewed unfavourably, but as long as you were not locked up, or are not letting on the whole story, I would have thought you should be ok. As the saying goes ..have a word with the BASC..they should be abe to advise you!

HI NO i was not locked up it was a fine i lost my job and things got bad i no it was not a good thing i did but i was in a bad way

no the card was not mine you no when things are bad sum times you do not think,, I am not proud of what i did. i was in a job on 35grand a year i lost my job i no it is my fault no my father in law past a way my wife and famley where in a bad way at that time i lost my job for not gowning to work

I see, well if you can show that nothing is likely to happen like it again and you are stable then I can see no problem if the FEO is reasonable.

Talk to BASC and youre FEO again, and just gather some information, what have you put down for?

YES i think i my do that if thay say no thanks for the info my home visiter told me thay my send me a letter informing me if i do make one more mistake thay will take my FAC off me----------------------------all the best mike
