as some of you know main man was having trouble catching magpies, he has since moved the traps, like some of you advised to do, and he is now catching , so thanks to all that replyed.

Hi Tallyho , well done , please do not take this the wrong way ! I think you will be doing some carpentry soon ? that Larson trap look,s like it has nearly had it,s day, I know that photograph,s can lie ,if you look at the catching compartment on the left , the trap door has not closed fully ( weak spring ?) or may be the top rail/strut is warped, thus not allowing it to close fully ? any way Tallyho keep up the campaign and best regards Steve

nice one tally ho,seeing a good number on a few of my farms again and only got the 1 trap,looks like i will be getting a new one soon,keep the good work up

Nice one mate, should keep the magpie numbers down until a new pair arrives! But you should catch them with no bother. Well done

this is one of three traps main man has an so far he has caught 11 from the various places he has put the traps, so he is quite chuffed now.
