Guest Rabbiteer Posted April 5, 2008 Report Share Posted April 5, 2008 (edited) Hiya Guys, I have been doing some work for a new farmer recently, and upon hearing that I minced my chicken by hand offered me one of his old mincers. It weighs over 50kg and is ment for real big industrial kitchen work. Its a floor standing unit that comes up to about waist height, and can mash and peel spuds too. He gave me over twenty accessories for it inc peelers, chippers, mashing blades and of course the mincing attachment. The only prob is that a mouse has got inside and ate some of the wiring. I have repaced what I can but it still isnt working. I would be more than happy to travel to anybody on below the M4/M2 line, as I will be coming from Portsmouth. Sure somewhere you could find some answers ,try the make and model then look for repairs , then even ring a specialist and ask what `common ` faults occur , Quote Link to post Share on other sites
