beagles 0 Posted April 2, 2008 Report Share Posted April 2, 2008 Hi i notice alot of trappers on here are asking these questions alot and i wouldnt mind seein my self so if some of these pro snarers "woodga"snareman"people like them who realy know the score on traping if they could just add pics etc of the tealers and sliders and stops basicaly how to make and set snares ive not seen the metal tealers and im sure people would love to know how big etc to make them Beagles Quote Link to post
woodga 170 Posted April 2, 2008 Report Share Posted April 2, 2008 here is a fox tealer on a good run the tealer is made from a length 0f 3mm galv wire 26 long basicallt the same shape as a fig four rabbit tealer with out the eye on the end then the plastic setting sleve fits onto this to hold the snare in position the stop is 9 ins from the eye to allow deer to escape the noose if caught by the foot Quote Link to post
