MJC 1 Posted April 1, 2008 Report Share Posted April 1, 2008 alright lads i have got a patterdale dog round about 8 month old had it for a month now what it is i have had him out in the fields with my border bitch and my kids 6 month old patterdale bitch he works well in bush with rabbits, took it to a farm with my border to do some ratting and it would not entertain, a mate of my caught a rat in a fenn by its leg took the dog other and yet again would not entertain got the 6 month old patt bitch never seen a rat before and it was in straight away for the kill got a nip but killed it. can any of you lads give me some advice how to get this dog on to rat. cheers Quote Link to post
