hi all i have been using a air gun for a long time for hunting but all ways been a .22 just gone over to a .177 does any one else use a .177 for hunting and what do you think

you're getting the point in the wrong place buddy,its.22 and .177.

i use .22 for close up and .177 for mid to long range.

I also use both and both have their uses as in the previous post. To be honest though I just pick up the first rifle and away..................only been caught the once carrying a .177 rifle and only .22 pellets in my pocket

I always used .22 but tried a 177 and started hitting more, much more user friendly .......for me any how, I still own a 22 though

Just recentiy got myself a .177 bsa ultra multi shot and found my accuracy has really improved and it does just as good a job on the bunnies as my .22 lightning xl

i have a s300 .177 never had any problem with stopping rabbits with it.and very accurate
