quick set basket

i might be able to get a basket made up from a steel place near where i work,but im just after some pics of yours you have made yourself ,not the common mass produced ones lol.i can remember basket with the conpartments for three or more nets but cant remember who put it up.also when your basket is loaded with three nets at differant sizes ,do you have to use the nets in order they have been placed in the basket.cheers

I'll go and take some pics for you, dont know if they will be any good, loaded with the nets in, and I aint taking them out (big tangles that way) or Ill take some tomorrow once the nets have been put out

 

I have a home made one, made by a guy called rambo, he used a keep/landing net for the bag, Ive since changed it, and made a proper bag for it, holds a 100yd'er

 

the other is a magnum, proper job, holds a 50yd'er, then Ive placed another net bag, on top of that net, and loaded a 25yd'er in, that way if I want the 50yd net first, its just a case of grabbing the 5 poles (marked with tape) and lifting the bag out and place on floor, then use the basket

A few pics mate.This is my first effert each post is put away or taken out in turn and stays in turn.

it is set up for a 20yds in front 35yds at rear.Not tangled yet, early days.I must use one to get to other.Hope it helps

2nd effort,basket will not be net as gets caught on every thing.This will be for 100yds or 2 50s poor pics from phone.I'm much better at catching rabbits

Well rew hoped that we would see a few ideas there. Perhaps there aren't as many people with quick sets as we taught ?? good luck and good hunting P1

make it as light as pos,i have a magnum with 100 yrds of netting init and its quit heavy

cleaning out one of the sheds, Ive just found some sparrow netting which i forgot i had, used at work for bird proofing

its the same stuff that the basket net is made from, so if you or anyone needs some, give me a shout, it'll be cheaper than cost (plus p&p) and finish your basket off nice

 

here's some pics for REW, its a homemade basket by a guy called RAMBO from another forum, it did have a landing net type thing under it, which I took off, and made a proper net base, using the sparrow net
