I had my daughter up over night lastnight and brock my border x lakeland started growling at her. Because of one thing or another i dont have kennels so the dogs are housed at the mo. I caged brock while my daughter was here. People are saying get rid, what do you think. my daughter is 15 months, its strange because he was once quite protective of her. I never ever leave my dogs alone with my daughter so she has not done anything in the past that could of brought this on.

thanks

Sounds to me like jealousy or the dog sees her as a new member of the pack and its making sure she knows her place in the pecking order. The next time it does it . Grab it by the scruff of the neck and growl at it. let it know your the boss and only you decide who s welcome and who is nt. GOOD LUCK
