SportingShooter 0
i regularly watch woodcock roding at dusk with a friend and he brings along his rather flash camera. he has it set so that he can just click photos off in very quick succession. i take my lightforce lamp with me to give the bird a bit of distinction but we cannot seem to get any clear pictures and sometimes nothing at all even though these birds are really close, 10ft above your head sometimes. does anyone have any tips? thanks ss06
juckler123 707
Often take roading woodcocks but not with a camera love how they give you a little whistle to let you know which way there coming from and a croak as they fly over. Would have thought it would be hard to get a pic in that type of light and them flying as well. Be great to do though best of luck mate
