Twin Post Reticle scope wanted

I am looking for a running target, aka running boar scope to use for 10m air rifle shooting, so 4 x 36 magnification.  

They are rare.  I see others are searching too. Do you know of one available?

You have me there, why would you want one, use the mildot as a 'lead' either left or right of the verticle or perhaps I am missing something here.
