mark2007 32 Posted February 4, 2008 Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 ive just got a bsa super 10 of a mate now when i took bottle of to fill it with a pump it filled up and yes i was knackered lol but then when i realeased it from the pump and tried to put it on gun it was blowing the air out like mad and when put bottle on gun the rubber seal broke is this normal any one help im lost completley now Quote Link to post

Sounds like the valve is sticking on the bottle and you will obviously have to get a new seal, sounds like a chat with BSA or your local dealer could be in order. Quote Link to post

Guest rexdigger Posted February 5, 2008 Report Share Posted February 5, 2008 (edited) has the gun got the old type black seals or new type white seals as the black ones are shite they only last 1 or 2 fills and theyre goosed the white ones are much better and the same price also when you unscrewed the bottle did you unscrew it quarter turn then dry fire till it wasnt firing air out no more, if not thats the likely cause of seal failure a bad design on bsa part but great gun apart from that.you can unscrew th top off your bottle and look at the valve system if you wish or just take it to the gunshop!!
