F.A.C where to start

hi folks.new to hunting life.hope somebody can shine a little light on things.had shotguns now for a few years and now intrested in pest control with rifles. rimfire/centrefire etc.where do i start ,do i need to join a club to apply for a F.A.C.i can get land to shoot on and the owner will give me written permision .a bit of guidence would be great.thanks

if you have been granted a shot gun liecence you are fit and propper to have a rifle...aslong as you can prove you have a use and enough ground to use a rifle...
